Pitch Opportunity with European investors panel
Eight enterprises from Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy and Sweden were also selected to pitch their innovative project to a panel of European investors.
The following innovative smart city solutions and technologies were presented to the panel:
- an algorithm enabling intermodal route recommendations
- a transport packaging for thermo sensitive goods
- an energy tracking tool
- a smart waste collection system
- intelligent data infrastructure management systems
During the lunch break NCP Brussels informed participants about funding opportunities within the Horizon Europe Programme and the New European Bauhaus initiative, a co-creative platform that supports the European Green Deal objectives to make our living space a beautiful, sustainable and inclusive environment.
The variety of opportunities and challenges that cities are facing in their transition to become climate-neutral, sustainable ecosystems were highlighted at 3 thematic webinars showcasing inspiring examples and business cases, from the circular economy, digital and mobility sector.
